Charlene Amour is born and raised in Toronto, Canada and is one of the city’s top rising stars, having performed at dozens of venues and music festivals. Her music is inspired by her own experiences and stories she hears from other women. “I’ve realized that a lot of the struggles that women face are the same. I aspire to make music that is raw, unfiltered and imperfect, just like our lives. This is why all of the lyrics to my songs tell a story that I have personally experienced and why I have chosen to use only real instruments.” Charlene Amour has the unique ability to story tell with her wide range of vocal dynamics and lyrics. She has set out dates to launch five songs over the course of 2019 that cultivate stories of women empowerment and heartbreak.
